Today, Alpha Imaging is the exclusive dealer for several major manufacturers of medical imaging equipment including: Shimadzu Medical Systems, Hologic, Lorad, RadView, and SmartPACS.

Alpha Imaging's customer base includes large luminary facilities as well as community-based hospitals, and private practice outpatient centers. The reason for our success in such a broad sector of the market is due to our attention to detail and our commitment to satisfy the customer's clinical and financial needs without compromise. 

Our increasing number of repeat customers can also be attributed to our highly skilled service department that consists of 17 factory-trained service personnel. They provide routine preventive maintenance and emergency service at cost effective rates on contract or a time and material basis. We are also able to customize service agreements to meet the needs of in-house biomedical departments, OEM's and third-party service organizations. We establish a cooperative relationship to best serve the end user's requests.

Alpha Imaging is also a member of National Imaging Resources, a 36-member dealer organization that was established in 1995 to address national buying groups. Other benefits of being a National Imaging Resources member include the availability of more specialty products such as Teleradiology, digital radiology systems and CR products. We also share with members a variety of resources such as applications specialists, installation teams and service engineers for back-up phone and on-site support across the country. All of these benefits enhance our ability to better serve the customer.
